FILTER BREW KIT
Are you new to brewing or an expert? This set supports you in any way. It will give a solid brewing experience with each and every cup. The kit contains everything pictured: Hario V60 Buono Kettle, Hario V60 dripper (02), server (01) and filterpaper (02) and a second generation Porlex grinder (30g). Just add your favourite coffee and you’re ready to go!
Weigh and grind 15 grams approximately as coarsely as filter grind.
Fold the edge of the filter and place the filter in the V60 and wet it with hot water. This way your coffee will not get a paper flavor and you will immediately warm up the mug or server. Do not forget to throw this water away!
Put the ground coffee in the V60, pour a little water on the coffee and wait 30 seconds. The CO² can escape from the coffee this way, this is called blooming.
After blooming, pour the water on the coffee at a slow pace and little by little. Make a circular motion so that the coffee gets evenly wet and stop when you have reached 250 grams.
Wait until the coffee has completely dripped, ideally between 2 and 3 minutes.
